Sauteed Kale

1 1/2 pounds kale, coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1/2 cup stock (chicken, beef or vegetable)
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Heat olive oil in large saucepan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add stock and kale. Toss kale to combine with oil and stock. Cook uncovered until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add vinegar.

This is a great, but simple recipe. The only problem with putting it here, Megan, is that you might not be able to get us as much kale ;-)
