Chickens and ducks (to a limited degree) are available year-round, either fresh-butchered or fresh-frozen and are priced per pound. Our meat birds are raised on an all-natural diet as are the rest of the flock, with the addition of a mix of high-protein feed and vegetable oils to produce a plumper, juicer bird. They are available as whole or cut into traditional pieces. You can request a white or dark meat mix.

We also raise from chicks Bourbon Red Turkeys to be available for the November/December holiday season. These turkeys range from 15 to 22 pounds. Turkeys are available by reservation only. Please make your reservation by early April!
